Curry Chicken Salad

For each portion mix together:
90 grams cooked chicken, shredded
1 tbsp mayonnaise
1/2 tsp curry powder
1/2 rib of celery, finely chopped
6 or 7 (a handful) of red grapes, chopped
1 tsp onion, chopped
1/4 tsp fresh garlic, finely grated
1/4 tsp fresh ginger, finely grated
Pitta bread

Mix ingredients together. Season with salt and pepper. Serve with pitta wedges or in pitta pockets.
