The following ingredients are necessary to create this dish: ground pork (2 pounds), ground chicken (1/2 pound), grated Granny Smith apple, diced onion (1/3 cup), evaporated milk (2/3 cup), thyme (1 teaspoon), bread crumbs (1/3 cup), eggs (4), and salt and pepper to taste.
In order to prepare the meal, preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit and coat a 9x5 pan with nonstick cooking spray. Boil three of the eggs. Then combine all of the remaining ingredients in a large bowl. Firmly press half of this combination into the pan, add the crushed hard-boiled eggs, and then add the remaining mixture to the top. Place the pan in the oven and bake approximately 1.5 hours or until the juice runs clear. Allow it to cool completely before serving.
