The Third Person

You need a big group of people.

Everyone stands in a big open circle, each one with a partner standing in front of each other both facing forward.

Have one person be "IT" and one person who starts running away. The object is for the person running away to run on the outside of the circle on both legs or through the circle on one leg away from whoever is IT.

The person who is IT is chasing them and has to hit them with an object (e.g. belt, waterballoon, volleyball, etc.) (Belts are funnest for games with kids and their parents - lets you get revenge, haha!)

The person running away gets a one minute run or if they decide to stop sooner, they have to run in front of a pair of two people and stand in front facing forward. Thus, the third is now the extra person, forcing them to start running away.

Once someone is hit, they must drop the object and the roles switch and now the other person is IT and the one who was previously IT is now running.

The game ends when you feel tired from having too much fun!!
